Plumeline: privacy policy

App: Plumeline: Arrow Puzzle for Android and iPhone (com.tlldevelopers.plumeline), by TLL Studios (TLL Developers). Last updated: 02/11/2026. Applies to Plumeline 1.0.0 and later.

Summary

Plumeline has no accounts and no server of its own. Your level progress, stars, coins, settings and daily streak stay on your phone. The free version shows ads (Google AdMob) and the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics for aggregated usage statistics and crash reports.

What Plumeline stores

Progress, stars, coins, unlocked palettes, achievements, settings and your Remove ads status are stored only on this device. If device backup is on, the system may include them in your personal backup. Uninstalling the app deletes them. Coins are virtual, have no cash value and cannot be bought.

Location and permissions

Plumeline does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone or notifications. It uses the internet for ads, usage statistics, crash reports and purchases. When you share a finished level the app creates a picture on your device and hands it to the share sheet you choose; it does not send it anywhere itself.

Ads

The free version shows a small Google AdMob banner at the very bottom of the screen (below the buttons, never over the board), an occasional full-screen ad between levels (never in the middle of a puzzle; the first only after level 10, then at most one every three levels and never closer than 75 seconds apart) and, optionally, rewarded videos you can choose to watch for a free hint, bonus coins, to save a daily streak or to unlock a palette early. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent (Google UMP form) before showing ads; you can change it in Settings when the option is shown. Google may use the advertising identifier and approximate location (from the IP address) to serve and measure ads.

Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Google > Ads.

iPhone: before showing ads the app asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not accessed and ads are not personalised. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

The one-time “Remove ads” purchase removes the banners and the between-level ads, unlocks every palette and gives unlimited hints. Optional rewarded videos stay available if you want to watch them.

Usage statistics and crash reports

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to know, in aggregate, which features are used (for example, how many levels are started and completed or which palettes are used). We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash and performance reports (technical trace, device model, system and app version) so that we can fix problems. We also record aggregate events about how ads and coins are used (for example, whether a rewarded video was watched or a hint was bought with coins). We use Firebase Remote Config to adjust game settings (such as how often ads appear); it does not send us any personal data beyond what Firebase already collects as described here.

Data processed by third-party services

Data sent to these services is encrypted in transit (TLS). This matches the Google Play Data safety section and the App Store privacy practices of the app.

Purchases

The Remove ads purchase is processed by Google Play on Android and by the App Store on iPhone and charged to your Google or Apple account. Plumeline does not receive your payment details; it only learns whether the purchase is valid. Coins in the game are virtual and cannot be bought or exchanged.

Children

Plumeline is a general-audience puzzle and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Plumeline does not ask for any account information.

Your rights and data deletion

The app has no accounts, so there is nothing on our servers to delete. Uninstall the app to remove everything stored on your phone. For data processed by Google (ads, analytics, crash reports) you can use Google’s privacy controls, and for any request you can write to tll.developers.apps@gmail.com.
